About Nicole Printon Fitness

With over 25 years in the health field and a degree in chemistry from Rutgers University, my work is rooted in nutrition and metabolic health—especially for women navigating peri- and menopause.


I help midlife women struggling with stubborn weight gain, low energy, digestive issues, blood sugar swings, and hormonal imbalances. My approach looks beyond calories to address digestion, metabolism, stress, sleep, and inflammation—restoring balance from the inside out.
