Holistic Nutrition Coaching

I am pleased to finally offer nutrition packages in addition to personal training and group fitness! I believe that nutrition is integral to any health and fitness program, which is why I offer combined nutrition and one-on-one personal training sessions in addition to nutrition on its own. (See packages below.) I am a huge believer in "food as medicine," meaning that most of our fitness and health gains are realized by the food we consume. You and I will work together to determine what works for you; we are unique individuals, and I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all plan.

What Is Holistic Nutrition?

The philosophy of holistic nutrition is that one’s health is an expression of the complex interplay between the physical and the chemical, mental, and emotional, as well as the dynamics between the spiritual and environmental aspects of one’s life and being. As such, professionals who are trained in holistic nutrition approach health and healing from a whole-person perspective. Using nutritional education as their primary tool, holistic nutrition professionals emphasize the building of health and reduction or disease risk by approaching each person as a unique individual. This requires fully engaging the individual in their health recovery process and honoring their innate wisdom by working in an empowering and cooperative manner to chart a course to optimal health. Holistic nutrition professionals do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. We encourage healthy eating and lifestyle practices for the optimal health of the individual.

As mentioned, I offer a variety of nutrition packages, some that include personal training sessions and others that stand alone. I believe every client is unique, and wherever you are on your fitness and wellness journey, I hope to offer a solution to your needs. My clients are asked to keep a food journal, which we will discuss together in relation to your goals. All of my nutrition packages include personalized nutrition recommendations catered to your specific needs. Any consultation, followup, or check-in appointment can be conducted online, in person, or over the phone.
